Level Up Team Building Activity

Event Format

At the start of the day, your remote event host will bring everyone together and explain how the activity will run before participants split up into smaller groups of 4-6 people, choose a team name and elect a captain.

During the activity, each group will use the bespoke game app on their phones to take on a host of interactive games and challenges. For the first level, ten points are up for grabs for completing each task. On level 2, this increases to 20 points, and so on and so forth. But remember, the games and challenges get significantly harder the further you progress up the levels!

At the end of the day, once time has run out, each group will make their way back to the starting point where the scores will be totalled up and your remote host announces who the overall winners are.

How Does the Level Up Event Run?

To start off this activity, you and your colleagues will receive a short brief from your activity host remotely. They will run through the backstory of the game as well as showing you how to use the app. Once you’re all set, you’ll be left to your own devices (so to speak!)
