A Glasgow team building event to celebrate the UEFA European U19's Women's Championship!

Event Info & The Client Brief

The UEFA European U19’s Women’s Championship took place in Scotland between 16^th July & 28^th July 2019. During the time with the Scottish FA we had the privilege to run a team building event for players, team officials, Local Organising Committee & UEFA staff in the historic Arches venue in Glasgow city centre.

The brief was simple, the group needed something easy and fun to run for up to 160 people for 4-5 hours on the day between the group stage matches. It needed to be something different and engaging and timing was key.

Pub Olympics Activities

The Event

After discussing different options and ideas with the group, it was decided that our Pub Olympics event was the best and their favourite option out of all our team building activities. We started our logistical planning and discussed which games the organisers wanted to make up their event to ensure we utilised the space that was available to us and what they wanted from the event.

We arrived on site before 2pm to set up ready for the team event in Glasgow to begin at 4pm. Everything was timed to perfection, and the event ran right through into the evening. After the event finished our team cleared the space as efficiently as they’d set up and were out of the venue right on time for them to get set up for their next events.
