What is the Taming the Throne Team Event?
With our Taming the Throne team building event, participants will get to compete in groups through a series of medieval-themed challenges in the ultimate battle for control of Westeros! Whether you consider yourself to be a Stark or a Lannister, everyone taking part will have the chance to bring out and develop their soft skills like teamwork, collaboration and creativity, as well as plenty of healthy competition along the way too.
From jousting to axe throwing and even learning how to make your own bread, this activity is perfect for those looking for something fun and unique to do on their next away day. Even if you’ve never seen the hit TV series that this activity takes inspiration from, this is an event where everyone can get stuck in and have a fantastic time with!

Event Format
At the start of the day, the event will begin with a short briefing from your activity co-ordinator who will explain how everything will run before splitting participants up into smaller groups of 4-6 people.
During the event, groups will get to compete in a host of medieval-themed games and challenges that will test a range of skills from physical abilities to problem-solving and collaboration in a bid to take control of the Iron Throne once and for all!
By the end of the day, the group that has managed to rack up the most points across each activity will finally be crowned the kings and queens of Westeros.

Yes, all of the props and equipment for our taming the throne experience will be provided for you on the day.
