How Does the Smartphone Urban Treasure Hunt in Middlesbrough Run?

The Middlesbrough smartphone urban treasure hunt is a self-ran event where your office will split up into smaller groups and go head to head in a hunt. Once you’re in your groups you will need to download the GPS tracked app and then head out to find your hotspots. At each hotspot you will have a challenge, task, or question to complete together. Each hotspot will earn you points that will go together on the live scoreboard so you can keep track of everyone else.

Add a facilitator for an additional cost who will provide a remote briefing via video link plus support throughout the activity. Our event staff will presentation / wrap up the activity showcasing the best photos and videos taken by the participants throughout the event again via remote video link.

What’s Included

  • During the event, your group will be put into smaller teams of 4 - 6 participants
  • Teams will compete against each other to foster a bit of healthy competition
  • Using interactive app technology
  • Unlock GPS hotspots on the interactive map

  • Add Custom Questions - Add up to 8 multiple choice questions. These can be about your brand, business, share fun facts, anything really - ask for price
  • Add Remote Host - Add a facilitator to give a remote briefing, support during the event and final wrap-up via video link - ask for price
