What’s Included in the Northampton Smartphone Urban Treasure Hunt?

With the smartphone urban treasure hunt in Northampton you will have everything you need on the day included. The main thing that you will be using will be a GPS tracked app that you will download on your smartphone device on the day. Once you have the app ready you can go out in smaller groups to work together and earn points through hotspots around Northampton. At each hotspot you will have a challenge, question, task or clue to complete to earn points. All the points then get added to your score on the live scoreboard and then at the end of the session you will all come back together to announce the winner.

Add a facilitator for an additional cost who will provide a remote briefing via video link plus support throughout the activity. Our event staff will presentation / wrap up the activity showcasing the best photos and videos taken by the participants throughout the event again via remote video link.

What’s Included

  • During the event, your group will be put into smaller teams of 4 - 6 participants
  • Teams will compete against each other to foster a bit of healthy competition
  • Using interactive app technology
  • Unlock GPS hotspots on the interactive map

  • Everyone uses their own smartphone to download the app to participate
  • Duration: approximately 2 hours
  • Groups sizes from 6 to 250 people
  • Add Custom Questions - Add up to 8 multiple choice questions. These can be about your brand, business, share fun facts, anything really - ask for price
  • Add Remote Host - Add a facilitator to give a remote briefing, support during the event and final wrap-up via video link - ask for price
