Masterpiece Challenge Team Building
What to Expect from Masterpiece Challenge Team Building?
Perfect for a more creative group, the Masterpiece Challenge team building experience is one that totally relies on great communication between everyone. The whole event is organised for you, all you need to worry about is working together to create the larger picture. The experience works like this, each will have a section of the bigger picture to paint, but the twist is – not all can actually see the picture! Use your skills effectively and plan out thoroughly how you’re going to take on the task and complete the picture with all your team involved in the fun.
What’s Included
- Start with a briefing as to how the day will run
- We will start the event by splitting you into separate teams, some of the team will then be shown the large picture they need to recreate
- Each team will be given several sections to paint, however not all the team members can see the picture meaning communication is key
- You must also discuss how each section fits with the ones next to yours to recreate the painting as a whole
- Each team must succeed for the whole group to complete the task
- Encourages collaboration, communication and teamwork within the group
- Each group approaches the task differently, so the outcome will be unique to your team
- Fully managed event
Event Format
At the start of your event, the day will begin with a short briefing given by your facilitator on how everything will run. They will then split the room up into separate teams, assigning a section of the large painting to each.
With only a few members from each team allowed to see the full painting, it’s up to them to communicate clearly and effectively to explain what they see so that their teammates can paint their section as accurately as they can. Painters will also need to bear in mind and discuss how each section is going to fit together.
At the end of the activity, all the sections from each team will be brought together in an attempt to re-create the full painting in its entirety. The question is - will you and your colleagues succeed?
We look forward to looking at your other events in the near future.
