If you’re looking for a memorable way to spend your next away day, then Master of the Tasks team building in Swansea is the ideal way to do just that whilst encouraging lots of teamwork and healthy competition. At the start of the day, the event will kick off with a short briefing on how the day will run from your activity co-ordinator. They will then split the room up into smaller teams of 4-6 people before giving out the first task envelopes. Inside, tasks will either be labelled “Practice” or “Live”, meaning that teams will either have 10 minutes of preparation time or will need to come up with a strategy on-the-spot! With points given to those that complete each task successfully, those that soar to the top of the leaderboard by the end of the activity will be crowned the overall winners!
