A cosy restaurant right in the heart of the city where you can enjoy some traditional tapas for extremely affordable prices. Another amazing restaurant is Brunchit, a modern restaurant that has a variety of amazing food on offer. Inside you will be able to appreciate their contemporary design and tasty dishes. Calle Nueva
Just across from Calle Larios is Calle Nueva, a narrow street that has a good variety of international brands and shops you will only find in Malaga. This is one of the busiest shopping spots and is home to a huge Marks & Spencers and Footlocker.
El Corte Ingles
This is Spain’s flagship department store and inside you will find everything you could ever need from appliances to fashion, cosmetics to sports items and everything in between. This is only around a 10-minute walk from Calle Larios so you could add this into the shopping day.

Malaga Central
If you are staying in Malaga, you will probably be close or in the city centre. Usually in most cities like this you will find an abundance of different venues that are perfect to include into the weekend. From pubs, bars and cocktail bars you will have some amazing places that you can go. First place you could head is ZZ Pub, a watering hole that is known for its live rock, soul, blues and indie bands that perform almost every night since 1991!
For some impressive cocktails try heading to Chester & Punk. A cocktail bar that has a pretty quirky feel to it as soon as you enter. With neon signs and crazy looking cocktails you and the girls can head over and enjoy a variety of amazing drinks. Another great bar is Sherlock Holmes, with some unique décor inside you will be able to enjoy some great cocktails with both indoor and outdoor seating.
For living the life of luxury a little bit during the weekend there are plenty of rooftop bars to try out. The first place we recommend is Vox Cocteleria, a cocktail bar that creates amazing cocktails with outdoor seating and views out into the sea. Another great bar is Bar Generacion 70, right on the front with a selection of amazing drinks, seating and the perfect relaxing bar to try out.

How to Get Around Malaga

Especially with all the guaranteed sunshine you can walk from the city centre to the beach in less than 20 minutes.
If you want to get some exercise you can hire a city bike, there are 29 km of bike lanes throughout the city so this is a great way to make your way around the town. As well as bikes there are plenty of hop on hop off sightseeing buses that you can use as your mode of transport as well as seeing the sights.
