Hen Party Cocktails Recipes
1. Grapefruit Margarita
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Triple Sec
- ½ oz. Agave
- Kosher Salt for Rim
- Lime Wedge
- Grapefruit/Lemon Slice to Garnish
Method: Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec and agave into a shaker with ice and start shaking. Take the lime wedge and run around the lip of the glass. Place salt onto a plate and swirl the cup lip in the salt. Add ice to the glass. Strain the cocktail shaker into the glass and garnish with the grapefruit.
2. Raspberry Daiquiri
Method: Add 5 raspberries and the sugar into a mixing glass and muddle down both ingredients into a paste. Add the rum and lime juice and fill the mixing glass with cubed ice then shake for about 10-15 seconds. Double strain the drink into a glass and garnish with a raspberry.
- 2 oz. Light Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 Spoons of Caster Sugar
- 6 Raspberries
3. Malibu Sunset
- 4 oz. Pineapple-Orange Juice
- 1 Shot of Malibu Coconut Rum
- Grenadine
- Maraschino Cherries for Garnish
- Pineapple and Orange Slices for Garnish
Method: Add ice into a glass, add the juice and Malibu and stir well. Then drizzle the grenadine into the glass and then garnish with the cherries, pineapple and orange to serve.
4. Strawberry Long Island Iced Tea Pitcher
Method: Pour the tea into a mixing bowl and add sugar & lemon juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved but make sure to test it to check whether additional sweetening or lemon juice is needed and then let it cool. Put a few strawberries to the side for garnish and purée the rest of them. Once puréed push it through a fine-sieve to remove any pips and then press on the mixture with the back of a spoon. Once the tea has cooled add the purée and mix, let it chill for at least 30 mins and then add your favourite white spirit and a few ice cubes in each class ready for serving.
- 1.8 Litres of Hot Black Tea
- 2 Tablespoons of Superfine Sugar
- 4 oz. of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 900g strawberries, Fresh, Washed and Hulled
- Shot of Vodka, Tequila or Gin
5. Espresso Martini
- 25ml Espresso Flavoured Vodka
- 25ml Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur
- 25ml Espresso
- 10ml Honey
- 3 Coffee Beans
Method: Fill a shaker up with ice, add the vodka, Baileys, espresso coffee and honey to the shaker and shake it up! Strain the mixture into a large martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
6. Rosé Slushies
Method: Freeze the bottle of rosé in ice cube trays overnight, combine the frozen rosé, Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Lemonade and a handful of ice cubes into a blender and blend until all ice cubes have been crushed and it is at your desired consistency. Serve in a class with the sprig of lavender to garnish.

7. Sparkling Raspberry Lemon Mimosas
- 4 oz. Champagne of Wine
- 2 oz. Raspberry Lemonade
- Fresh Raspberries, sprinkled with white granulated sugar
Method: Pour 2 ounces of the champagne into a champagne flute so that it is 2/3 full. Pour about 1 ounce of raspberry lemonade into the flute and top with fresh sugared raspberries.
8. All That Glitters
Method: Pour the vodka lillet blanc, St. Germaine and Carvella Limoncello into a mixing class with cubed ice. Mix for around 10-15 seconds and then sprinkle in a small amount of edible gold glitter and strain into a coupe glass. And then use a lemon to garnish.

9. Woo Woo
- ½-1 oz. Peach Schnapps
- ½-1 oz. Vodka
- 3-4 oz. Cranberry Juice
Method: Fill a glass with ice and pour the peach schnapps and the vodka in. Stir them together thoroughly and then top with cranberry juice.
10. Blue Lagoon
Method: Fill a glass with ice, add vodka and lemonade and stir until well mixed. Add blue curaçao liqueur on the top and garnish with lemon.

- 50ml Pimm’s No.1

Method: Initially fill a tall glass with ice, pour the Pimm’s and lemonade into the glass and then garnish with lemon, strawberry, cucumber and fresh mint.
12. Tequila Pina Colada
Method: Pour tequila, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a blender and blend. Fill a glass halfway with ice and pour the mixture to the top, garnish with a slice of pineapple.

13. Sex on the Beach
- 9ml Peach Schnapps
- 35ml Vodka
- 35ml Orange Juice
- 35ml Cranberry Juice
Method: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour your liquids into the glass and watch the colours mix together!
14. Cotton Candy Champagne Cocktail
Method: Place a decent sized piece of cotton candy inside of your glass and add a splash of St. Germain. And then take your bottle of champagne, prosecco or wine and fill to the top! Simple.

15. Purple Rain
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 1 Shot of Sourz Cherry
- 1 Shot of Blue Liqueur
- Lemonade
Method: Pour the shots into a glass and stir. Squeeze the lime over the ice and then top up the glass with lemonade and stir.
16. Mojito
Method: Muddle together sugar and lime wedges together in a glass along with 12 mint leaves and press them together slightly. Add crushed ice until the glass is three quarters full, then add white rum and soda and stir. Top up with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

17. Bloody Mary
- 50ml Vodka
- 100ml Tomato Juice
- 1 Squeezed Lemon
- 4 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
- 4 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Grinds of Pepper
- 1 Leaf of Celery
- 2 Pieces Lemon Wedge
Method: Start with filling up a tall glass with ice, then pour vodka and tomato juice into the glass, add a squeeze of lemon, a dash of tobacco and Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to make sure everything is mixed, then garnish with a celery stalk.
18. Cosmopolitan
Method: Fill a shaker with ice, add the vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice and lime juice into the shaker and shake until cold. Strain the mixture into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lime peel.

19. Rum Caipirinha
- 50ml Original Spiced Gold Rum
- 1tsp Sugar
- 3 Pieces Lime
Method: Slice lime wedges and add them into a glass along with sugar and press them together. Fill the ice with glass and pour the rum on top then stir thoroughly.
20. Pornstar Martini
Method: Fill a Martini glass with crushed ice & put to the side. Put caster sugar into a Boston glass, add passion fruit puree, orange juice and both flavoured vodkas then stir. Fill the Boston glass with cubed ice, then pair with a tin and shake. Empty the crushed ice from your Martini glass, strain the drink into the glass and garnish with the half slice of passion fruit. Serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
