How Do Escape Rooms Work?
An escape room works by your group heading inside of a room that you have been given a background story on. Once your inside you will be searching the room, finding clues and puzzles and putting everything together to finally unlock the locked door and escape within the 60 minutes.
Are Escape Rooms Really Locked?
Although technically yes, the escape rooms aren’t completely locked. If in an emergency you will be able to get out of the room with a button that will be next to the door. But if there isn’t a button there is always someone who is outside the room listening and giving clues if needed that will have a key to open the door for you.
Do You Have to Be Smart to do an Escape Room?
You don’t have to be smart to complete an escape room, all you need to be is willing to have an open mind in the room and really just experiment and try out anything you can think of. Some parts of an escape room can be extremely straight forward and other can be challenging but that is what they have been created for. To work your brains and get involved in different problem solving situations.
Are Phones Allowed in Escape Rooms?
You can take your phone into the escape room but you are not allowed to take any photos or videos inside the room as that will ruin the room for any future visitors. If you need to make a call or send a message you are able to do so. And as for trying to Google any answers, you will probably find it extremely difficult to do so as every room is unique. It is very unlikely that you will go in two rooms that are similar.
