Test your team mentally in the interesting challenge 100 team building activity. As well as challenging individually, this event is the ultimate activity to see how well your staff can work together under pressure. Choose your tasks wisely, discuss tactics with and race against the clock as you try your best to complete tasks in the right order to beat the clock. To spice up the ultimate challenge even further, every so often a bell will ring and your team will need to complete bonus challenges.

What’s Included

  • Fast paced team event with huge variety of challenges
  • Set out to test mental agility, intelligence and common sense
  • Each team is given a box and a booklet. The booklet contains the list of challenges and the box has the tools required to complete the tasks
  • Earn points for your team by taking part in challenges
  • Challenges are worth different points, so teams must choose which to complete first
  • When the clock starts, it's time to get moving
  • The clock is projected onto a large screen to remind people
  • Team scores are updated and projected onto the screen
  • Every so often a bell will ring, meaning teams must try and complete as many of the bonus tasks as possible
  • Fully managed event

Event Format

On the day, the experience will begin with a short briefing on how the day will run from your activity co-ordinator. They will then split the room up into smaller teams before handing out the activity booklets and kits to each team. Inside these books are a list of challenges and tasks, each worth different amounts of points and varying in difficulty.

A large clock will be projected onto a screen that everyone can see, indicating how much time each team has to complete their list of challenges chosen from the book. When time begins, teams will then need to bring out their time-keeping and collaboration skills to solve as many as they can in a bid to win the most points.

Throughout the activity, your co-ordinator will intermittently ring the bell. When this happens, you’ll need to drop everything and switch to the bonus challenges in a bid to win extra points and soar past the other teams on the leaderboard.

The event was a huge success. Paul and Alex were absolutely fantastic and all of the activities were a huge hit with our staff. We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone involved – especially Paul and Alex – on making this day a success. We highly recommend Challenge 100 to anyone wishing to bring teams together as there was something to satisfy everyone within the activity booklet.

The feedback I received was that the event was a success, very fun, engaging and interactive.

The general consensus was that the event was great fun and really tested people's minds. Many said it was the most fun day they had on an away day with the company.
